This will direct you to an online form. Having a 30-day ‘Account’ is not mandatory, you are welcome to keep completing payment before your order is posted. No orders that are ‘Advance Paid’ will be posted until payment is received. We don’t keep any credit card details on our database. Everything is managed through our payments partner, eWay. eWay ensures your data is encrypted when entering credit card information. Even when you save your card for your next transaction a unique and safe token is created that can only be associated with your account, no actual credit card details are stored. For a special order, there may be a MOQ and 50% deposit is required upfront. PP Wholesale uses Star Track Express to ship orders and therefore you must supply a street address and delivery to PO boxes are by Australia Post on smaller orders only.

Orders will through Star Track require a signature on delivery, to request ‘authority to leave’ please contact us on completion of your order.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do you ship to New Zealand?” open=”true” style=”bordered”]We ship to NZ by Australia Post or DHL Shipping.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”I’m located in Western Australia, can I pick up my order?” open=”true” style=”bordered”]Yes, pick up is between 9am and 3pm weekdays (excluding public holidays) at our warehouse in Wangara.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can you ship directly to my shop?” open=”true” style=”bordered”]Yes.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How long does shipping take?” open=”true” style=”bordered”]Shipping may take between 5 to 10 business days, this does depend on the dispatch day and the destination address. If your delivery has taken longer than 10 working days please contact us, and we will track your delivery for you.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can we organise ‘Drop-ship” through PP Wholesale? ” open=”true” style=”bordered”]We do not offer drop shipping.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I add or change items to my order once I have checked out?” open=”true” style=”bordered”]If you contact us before 10am WST on the day of or day after placing your order we can arrange requested changes.
